Thank you for your interest in the Small and Minority-Owned Business Assistance Program (SMOB).  Presently, the SMOB Program is experiencing an unprecedented demand for participation in the Program.  With regard to financial assistance (i.e. loans), the requests received to date are three times greater than the amount of available funds.  For this reason, we have suspended the processing of any new requests for financial assistance.

We remain committed to serving the needs of small and minority-owned businesses.  If you are interested in being placed on a waiting list, please complete your “Request for Participation” and forward to the Program Administrator, as instructed below.  We will notify you if additional funds become available.
